I am very happy with my new ADSL service. BT still say that I cannot recieve BroadBand but I am actually receiving, according to thinkbroadband's speedtest, around 6Mbs. I've been doing the test pretty much daily and now the line has settled the 6Mbs is quite consistent.

Andrew I just wanted to take a moment to compliment one of your team members.
Shaun has been looking after a drop in my BRAS over the last week or so and has been unfailingly helpful, very constructive in his advice and has kept in touch every day whilst the problem was being resolved.
Once we had established that the problem was not with my office equipment he kept on top of BT until an engineer arrived. As a layman he kept me informed of all the things he had tried so that I could relay this to the engineer to avoid duplication of effort.
Companies asking me to transfer my broadband regularly contact me. They couldn't possibly compete with the standard of aftercare service Shaun provided although a small firm you can trust that my account will remain with you for good.
Please convey my thanks to Shaun his was a job really well done.

I think your service is the best one I have ever had in England. I have used the internet service for almost 6 years on and off since 1999. My previous lines were with NTL while I was in Oxford and then with BT in Oxford and London. But BT service is a way expensive and the service was v. unsatisfactory compared to the bill I had. NTL was a newly opened when I first used it. It had a great offer for students in Oxford but the speed was slower than tortoise. Frankly, the general line speed is still slow compared to US and South Korea(I reckon you may wonder about South Korean broad band service. They have the best speed ever and the broadband service is much more advanced.) I really appreciate for your service(surely with your charge as well) and hope you keep up going. I wish I know any place to leave my comment on public domain so that more people know about your company. Thank you very much.

I'm glad you asked about my reasons for leaving - simply, we use your ADSL service for a venue we run during August at the Edinburgh Fringe. There is no need to keep the ADSL going during the year. AAISP is the only ADSL company who lets us have a service for a month that I've found, which suits our use perfectly. Rest assured I'm absolutely satisfied with your service - it is nothing short of excellent - and I will be using you again. The extensive web-management of the ADSL line together with SMSs informing me when the line drops (useful so I know to expect a call from the users there!) really do set the service apart from that offered by anyone else. We rely heavily on the ADSL connection during August and while I have not come to need your technical support, it is comforting to know that there are technically skilled people available if needed (a far cry from virtually every other ISP with their off-shored call centres).
